We recognize that people have individual needs and promise to provide an approach that meets these needs while taking into consideration factors such as systemic, psychological and financial health.

Meet the Team

Alison

Schedule Coordinator

I became interested in dentistry at an early age. I began my career as a pediatric dental assistant in 2000. I have since settled into an administration role of treatment and schedule coordinator. I love helping make patients comfortable, getting to know them personally and seeing how happy they are when they finish with our team at the end of an appointment. I am honored to be part of the Spaulding Dental Co. team providing dental services in the Gig Harbor community that set us apart from other dental offices. I have three children. We enjoy skiing, camping, boating, fishing and just about everything outdoors. I am a farm girl at heart. We love animals and have yellow labs, horses, chickens and cats. In the summer, we enjoy working in our vegetable garden. If I am not working or at my children’s sporting events you can find me at church, running, or with a cup of coffee and a book.

Shannon

Financial Coordinator

From my very first dental appointment as a child I fell in love with dentistry. As a dental assistant, I enjoyed helping patients care for their teeth and get the smile they have always wanted! After 10 years of assisting I moved my knowledge of chair-side assisting and patient care to an administrative role and have been helping patients with this aspect of their care for almost 30 years. I enjoy interacting with patients and getting to know them and their families. I grew up in the small town of Sumner and raised my family there. I have 5 children, 3 daughters and 2 sons. I have been blessed with 4 beautiful granddaughters who take up most of my spare-time! I am currently working on my “Bucket List” which always has some fun and daring adventures! When I am home I enjoy reading, bike riding, gardening and watching my hummingbirds off my deck while my little Chiweenie “Buddy” keeps me company!

Kristi Boschetti, RDH

Dental Hygienist

Dentistry has always been my passion. I have been in Dental Hygiene for 11 years and it only continues to challenge and amaze me. Helping people is what I love, and being a part of this amazing team gives me the chance to do that to the fullest. The opportunities for continuing education have only made me better at what I do. I am thankful to be a part of this amazing team and community of patients! Spaulding Dental Co. is like a family to me and I feel blessed to be a part of that. On a personal note, I am a busy mother to twin girls. Between chasing around my girls, being a wife, owning a personal training business with my husband, working out, family, and friends you can say life is busy! However, I also feel very blessed. I am surrounded by amazing people in my life and enjoy life to the fullest. My husband and I are very active. We enjoy hiking, water sports, and particularly working out!! Our girls have already started trying to mimic some of our workouts, which warms my heart!! Our hope is they grow up living an active healthy lifestyle enjoying all the Pacific Northwest offers!

Brianna Zottman RDH

Dental Hygienist

Growing up in the Gig Harbor area, I’m happy to be back doing what I love. While completing my degree in kinesiology from Western Washington University, I found my passion for dentistry. During my final year, I not only underwent dental implant surgery but was fortunate to intern with a local dentist. Both experiences were incredibly intriguing, seeing dentistry from a patient perspective and providing care. My journey began! Graduating from dental hygiene school in 2015, my love for the profession continues to grow, and I’m elated to continue my journey with Spaulding Dental Co! I’m thankful to be part of such an amazing team, sharing the same passion of truly loving helping others. As well as the opportunities for continuing education, being able to provide the best care for an awesome community! Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, and running. Keeping active and healthy is a second passion. Rain or shine, you may pass me running through beautiful downtown Gig Harbor!

Wendie

Dental Assistant

I grew up here in Gig Harbor. I lived here from 1977 until 2000, when I got married and moved to Bonney Lake. I graduated from Peninsula High School, where I participated in Volleyball, Basketball and Softball. After high school, I attended Tacoma Community College, played Volleyball and was heading toward a career in education. I got side tracked and decided to go to Bates Technical College and enroll in the Dental Assisting program where I graduated in 1994. When I am not working, I will be enjoying: my family, Guerin, Nicolette, and Aydin. In the summer, we spend most our time in Eastern Washington at our second home, in Sunland Estates by The Gorge Amphitheatre. There, we boat on the Columbia River and hang out at the beach in the nice warm climate. I look forward to the future with my family, where I plan to have fun in the sun and continue to learn about life!

Alicia

Dental Assistant - Sterilization Tech

I grew up in the small town of Graham. After graduating I had the opportunity to move to Tulsa, Oklahoma where I continued my education and graduated as a surgical technologist. When I moved back home after graduating I was offered a job here at Spaulding Dental Co. as a sterilization tech but quickly wanted to learn more about dentistry. It is exciting applying the things I learned as a surgical technologist to dentistry. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling. I have been to 26 states and hope to visit all 50. I also enjoy spending my time outdoors, rock climbing, hiking, swimming, fishing, and camping.
